BREAKING NEWS: Extended Immigration Court Closures - Hearings in non-detained cases are postponed through May 29, 2020.

On May 4, 2020, the Executive Office for Immigration Review announced all non-detained hearings scheduled with all Immigration Courts nationwide are postponed through May 29, 2020. This is an extension of the temporary closures implemented by EOIR in March 2020.

If you have a pending removal case with the Immigration Court that has been affected by COVID-19-related hearing cancellations, you will receive a new hearing notice by mail. When the Immigration Court resumes normal operations, you will automatically be scheduled for new hearing date in the future. Be sure to keep the Immigration Court informed of any change in address by filing Form E-33/IC and following all proper filing instructions
